What do I need to do to register with LabourForce Aus?

To register with Labour Force simply go to our registration page here and complete all of your details. To speed up the process, please make sure that you complete the form and all of the details required including your skills and ticket information.

How do I find out if I get work with you?

Once you are registered, your details will come through our database to our operations team. We will review your details and contact you if your skills and experience are a match with the request from our clients.

What skills and experience are you looking for?

In summary, the more skills and quals you have the better. A client may request for a labourer one day but then ask “Does this labourer have a forklift licence?” If we can send the same person back out on site it’s a win win for all of us.You also need to be reliable, flexible and punctual as you are representing not only yourself but the Labour Force brand. “I will quite often receive a call request from a client after business hours for the worker to start the next morning. So I do need people I can rely on given the short notice” says Chief Operating Officer– David McMahon. We suggest that our labourers and carpenters focus on their professional development. The CFMEU offer courses and we provide opportunities through our training provider partnerships.

We have a great support team who ensure that our clients and worker experience remain are our priority.Working for a labour hire business means that requests can come in for one- or two-days work or longer projects that have seen our workers on site for a year or more.
