Once you are registered, your details will come through our database to our operations team. We will review your details and contact you if your skills and experience are a match with the request from our clients.

In summary, the more skills and quals you have the better. A client may request for a labourer one day but then ask “Does this labourer have a forklift licence?” If we can send the same person back out on site it’s a win win for all of us.​You also need to be reliable, flexible and punctual as you are representing not only yourself but the Labour Force brand. “I will quite often receive a call request from a client after business hours for the worker to start the next morning.
